Leadership Experience

Michael has fifteen years’ experience in the corporate environment and over sixteen years of leadership experience, working with both paid staff and volunteers.  He has led teams from two to 170 members.  Michael serves on the board of directors for a non-profit organization and has served in a pastoral role for Royal Family Kids’ Camp for the past six years.

Writing Experience

Michael is the author of the book, Build Your Walls! Michael has six years’ experience as a director in the training field, with a focus on management development.  He has earned the level of Advanced Toastmaster - Bronze within the Toastmasters organization.  He teaches both inside and outside the corporate environment for a variety of age ranges and has taught in cultures around the world.

Development Experience

Michael has ten years’ experience developing material for training courses, with a focus on management development.  His courses and programs are dynamic and engaging.

Coaching Experience

Michael is certified to deliver both Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Personal Interests, Attitude and Values (PIAV) assessments.  He has coached in both corporate and church environments.
