I just finished listening to a Bible Project podcast in their Wilderness series ( “Jesus, the New Shepherd in the Wilderness” ). They talked about the Gentile woman whose daughter was possessed by a demon (Matthew 15:21-28). She repeatedly pleaded for Jesus to have mercy on her, but Jesus did not acknowledge her.
